Delivery & Returns
We hope you love your cold-pressed juices from us! Please remember that all our juices are unpasteurized and preservative-free, which means they need to be kept refrigerated.
If your juice doesn’t taste or smell completely fresh, please discard it and send an e-mail to email@example.com to let us know.
Otherwise, we are no longer responsible for mishandled juices after delivery. All sales are final.
We will gladly deliver your juice to anywhere in or surrounding Kimberley, Cranbrook, or Fernie. We would prefer if you were home to receive your delivery; however, if this is not possible, please contact us to make arrangements.
If you have any special requests for your order or delivery, please just drop us a line.
You can pick up your cleanse any time after 6:00pm the evening before your cleanse begins.
Returns & Cancellations
We understand that during some periods of life it can be challenging to commit to a juice cleanse; therefore, with 24 hours notice we will gladly move the start of your cleanse to a later date of your choice. However, if you would like to cancel your cleanse completely, we will need 48 hours notice in order to refund your payment. Thank you for your understanding!
